MADD Prom Dress Sale
Our Annual Dress Drive takes place this Saturday, April 21st from 9:30 am to 2 pm at the Sunnyside Mall.

Each year gently used prom dresses are donated to the Halifax Chapter of MADD. With the generous help of the Sunnyside mall, we are able to host a Dress sale every year. The cost of each dress is $25 and allows a student who may otherwise not have the opportunity to do so, to purchase a gown at a very reasonable price.

We have a brief conversation with every single student who purchases a gown about the dangers of impaired driving and of the importance of not driving impaired and of not getting into a vehicle with a driver who is impaired.

The proceeds of this event help us send a family who has experienced a loss caused by impaired driving to our annual National Conference for Victims of Impaired Driving.

Yearbooks
There are only 80 yearbooks left to be purchased.  For the next two weeks you can buy them in room F126.  They are 50.00 cash or by cheque payable to Lockview High School.

The last dance of the year is on Thursday, April 26th from 7pm-10pm. Tickets will be sold starting today. They are $7 in advance or $10 at the door.
