Athletics:
1) Good luck to the Intermediate Girls X-Country team as they compete at the provincial meet today in Cape Breton.
2) Tryouts for the boys basketball team will be held tonight and tomorrow at 7:30 pm.  Tryouts are for both the Varsity and JV teams.
3) Good luck to the JV Boys Soccer team as they play at Sommet today at 4:30pm.  The boys are to be dismissed at 3pm.
4) Good luck to the Boys Volleyball team as they host Sommet tonight at 6pm.

Other:
*HUMANS VS ZOMBIES - There is a meeting at lunch today in Mr. Bauckman's room (F106) for all people that intend to play Humans vs. Zombies.  We are discussing rules and accepting permission forms, so it is very important that you attend.  Also, it is not too late to sign up.  Bring a friend!

*All NSSSA forms and money are due in to the Ms. Levo-Harrop no later than the end of day today.

*Attention grade 11 and 12 students! The Academic Awards list for last school year has been posted on the main office window.  Please check the list for your name and pick up a notice in the main office if your name is on the list. Awards Ceremonies for current grade 11 and 12 students will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday this week.

*The Canadian Senior (Gr 11 & 12) and Intermediate (Gr 9 & 10) Math Contests provided by Waterloo University will be written on Thursday, November 22nd in the morning (Blocks D and C).   If you are interested in writing one of these contests, please speak with your math teacher as soon as possible. The deadline for signing up is October 30th at 3:30pm.
