Athletics:
1) Congrats to the varsity boys and girls basketball teams on hosting another successful Bill Dompierre tournament.  Both teams had a strong showing with the girls capturing a silver medal.

2) Good luck to the JV Boys basketball team as they host Armbrae today at 6 pm.

Youth Health Centre:
Each day from now until exams, the Youth Health Centre (YHC) will include a tip on how to relieve stress in the daily announcements. Today’s tip: Get enough sleep.  Your brain will work better if you are well rested.

Other:
*Are you looking to buy the perfect Valentine’s Day gift?  The Charity Club will be selling rafikis for $10 every Wednesday at lunch until January 23 in the Forum. 

*Our School photographers will be back at Lockview on January 17th & 18th. If you still need retakes, ID’s or grad photos a link for bookings is posted on our website.  Any students who would like pictures taken with friends, these photos will take place on the afternoon of January 18.

*The Lockview hockey game against J.L IIsley tomorrow will be in support of the “Make a Wish Foundation”.  Please plan to attend to help out a Make a Wish kid.

*There will be a prom meeting at lunch today in room B109.

*On Wednesday at lunch there will be a brownie bake sale in the Forum in support of prom.
