Athletics:
1) Good luck to the JV Girls Basketball team as they travel to Amherst High for a tournament today.  The girls are to be dismissed at lunch time.
2) Any students who are interested in trying out for the Girls or Boys Rugby teams are asked to put their name on the sign-up sheets outside the gym.  Information regarding tryouts is also posted outside the gym.
3) Any students who are interested in trying out for a Girls Field Hockey team are asked to put their name on the sign-up sheet outside the gym.  Information regarding Field Hockey will come out once we know if we have enough interest for a team.

Youth Health Centre:
**The YHC is collecting warm mitts, hats, scarfs, socks and toiletries for Phoenix Youth Programs. Please bring donations to the Youth Health Center.

*Today’s exam tip from the YHC:  Eat healthy foods leading up to the exam.  Eating junk food will make you feel sluggish and unmotivated.

*Are you looking to buy the perfect Valentine’s Day gift?  The Charity Club will be selling rafikis for $10 every Wednesday at lunch until January 23 in the Forum. 

*A reminder to grade 12 students.  Please remember to see Mrs. Powell in the library to get fitted for your grad gown!

*If anyone knows who took or borrowed the motion light from the art display in the F pod, please see Ms. McWilliam.   It was her personal property that she lent to the school, and she would really like it back!! Hopefully it will be recovered for the enjoyment of other students.
