Orange Shirt Day:
*Orange Shirt Day demonstrates that Every Child Matters.  We wear this shirt to demonstrate our alliance with our Mi'kmaq students, their families and all residential school survivors across Canada. The orange t-shirt is a symbol of resilience, strength, courage and survival.  We wear this shirt because we know our Canadian history made grievous injustices and errors towards our First Nations Populations and we demonstrate that we are All Treaty People.  Every Child Matters.  Wear your Orange t-shirt on Wednesday, September 30th.

Loran Scholarship
*Any grade 12 interested in being school sponsored for the Loran Scholarship should submit a one- page essay on why you would be a suitable candidate to guidance before September 24.
