Athletics:
1) Good luck to the Golf team as they compete in the Metro Golf Championships today at Grandview Golf Course.

2) Reminder to the Varsity Girls Volleyball and Varsity Boys Volleyball teams of their practice today at 4 pm. 

3) Reminder of the final Boys Soccer tryout today at 4 pm on the field.  A list of students invited to attend is posted on the Athletics website and the school app.  Students who missed the initial tryouts are also invited.

4) Reminder to the Varsity Girls Soccer team of their practice on Tuesday at 4 pm on the field.

5) Students who signed up for the X-Country team are required to fill out the Google form posted on the Athletics website and the school app by Tuesday morning.  The form is required for registration for the Metro races.

6) The final tryout for the JV Girls Soccer team will be held on Tuesday evening from 6:30-8:00 pm at the East Hants Dome.

Orange Shirt Day:
*Orange Shirt Day demonstrates that Every Child Matters.  We wear this shirt to demonstrate our alliance with our Mi'kmaq students, their families and all residential school survivors across Canada. Student Services
*Grade 12 students are asked to check their GNSPES email for an invitation to join a Google classroom created by the student services department.  In CLASS OF 2021 we hope to post information regarding University and College Information Sessions, Student Loans, Volunteer Opportunities, Graduation Information and Scholarships, just to name a few.  There will be something for everyone. Don't miss out on important information in your final and most exciting year at Lockview High School!
