Athletics:
1) Good luck to the Varsity Girls Soccer team as they open their season against Dartmouth today at 4pm at Harbour East.  The girls are to be dismissed at 2:45 pm.

2) The 2nd tryout for the Varsity Boys Soccer team will be held tonight at the East Hants Dome from 7-8pm.

3) Students who are signed up to try out for the Golf Team are reminded to check the tee sheet posted on the Athletics website and the school app.  As well, students who are not members of Oakfield need to pay the $50 green fee to Mr. Wilcox today.

4) Any students who are interested in trying out for the JV Girls Soccer team are asked to complete the Google Sign Up form that is posted on the Athletics website and the school app.  The deadline to sign up is the end of the day today as we need to know numbers as soon as possible.

5) There will be a meeting for any students interested in running for the Cross- Country team today at the beginning of lunch in Room A102.

6) Tryouts for the JV Girls Volleyball team will be held this week on Wednesday and Thursday at 4pm in the gym.

7) The first tryout for the Baseball team will be held on Tuesday at 5:30 pm at Les Mayo field in Lower Sackville.  Any interested students are welcome to attend.  A list will be posted after the first tryout of students invited to attend the 2nd tryout which will be held on Wednesday at 5:30 pm at Les Mayo field.

Other:
*Please return any previous year’s text books to Mr. Stacey in room B203. Any person dropping off an old text book will have their name entered to win a lunch from Subway valued at $10.

*School pictures will be taken on September 20, 2021.
