Athletics:
1) Good luck to the Varsity Girls Volleyball team as they host JLI tonight at 6 pm.

2) Good luck to the Varsity Boys Soccer team as they take on Dartmouth tonight at 8 pm at the Cole Harbour turf. 

3) Phase 2 of the Girls Hockey Tryouts will wrap up this week with sessions on Wednesday at 4 pm at the Sackville Arena and Friday at 5 pm at the Bedford BMO.

4) Players who are trying out for the Boys and Girls Hockey teams need to see Mr. Wilcox today, either in his office or the gym, to show their proof of vaccination.

5) Any athletes who did not show their proof of vaccination at the main office yesterday need to show it to Mr. Wilcox today.  Students who are unable to show proof of double vaccination or at least one dose are not permitted to participate in practices or games as of today. 

6) Congrats to the Golf team on a successful day at the Provincial Championships yesterday.  The Boys team tied for first overall after the round only to lose in an exciting playoff taking home the silver medals.  Miles Chute led the way with a 77 while Ryan Frizzle, Iain Sinclair, and Blake Wilson all contributed to the 2nd place finish.  Led by Taylor Wilson and Katie MacIntyre, the Girls team captured the bronze medals with Molly White and Monica Johnston having solid rounds as well.

7) Our Intermediate Girls Cross Country team won their 2nd meet in a row last week at Point Pleasant Park.  Abbey Lewis and Paige Carruthers led the way again finishing in 1st and 3rd while, Ella Cozens, Madden O'Grady, and Jenna Haverstock also placed in the top 10.  In the Senior Girls race, Monica Johnston captured her 2nd straight 1st place finish while Jada Tilford finished in 14th place.  Austin Theriault and Cameron Reid has strong races in the Senior Boys category with 17th and 21st place finishes.  Runners are reminded to sign up by Wednesday for the 3rd and final race in the Metro series at the Dingle Park this Thursday.  

8) Congrats to the Varsity Girls Volleyball team on their bronze medal finish in a very strong field at this past weekend's CEC tournament.
