Athletics:
1) Congrats to the Girls Hockey team as they remain undefeated with a 2-1 win over Halifax West yesterday.  Halley James and Leah Copeland were the goal scorers.  Good luck to the Girls as they play Citadel today at 4 pm at the Halifax Forum.  The girls are to be dismissed at 2:30 pm.

2) The Varsity Girls Volleyball game scheduled for tonight vs JLI is cancelled and will be rescheduled. 

3) Members of the JV Girls Soccer team are reminded to complete the Google form for their trip to provincials.  The form is posted on the Athletics website and the school app.  The girls also need to pass their trip permission form into Mr. Wilcox today.

4) Members of the Baseball, Golf, and Varsity Boys and Girls Soccer teams are reminded to return their uniforms to Mr. Wilcox this week.

Guidance:
*Grade 12 students who would like to apply for a Queen’s University Chancellor's Scholarship, it requires a nomination from your high school.  If you are interested in applying for the Chancellor's Scholarship you must write a letter outlining why you would make an excellent candidate and bring it to the LHS School Counsellor's office by Friday, November 12th at 4pm.  Additional information is available on the Google classroom.

Band:
*A reminder to band students of your rehearsals today. Senior band will be during second block and grade 9-10 band will practice right after lunch.  Please get ready on stage quickly. 

Other:
*The cafeteria is open today but students will not be able to eat in the cafeteria due to the band concert tonight.

*Anyone interested in registering for the NSSSA conference is asked to please fill out the google form located in the Lockview Instagram bio.

*There will be a yearbook meeting at lunch in Ms. Meisner’s room, A103.
