Athletics:
1) Good luck to the Varsity Girls Volleyball team as they travel to CEC today for the SSNS Girls Volleyball Championships.  The girls are to be dismissed at 12pm.

2) Good luck to the Varsity Boys Volleyball team as they travel to West Kings today for the SSNS Boys Volleyball Championships.  The boys are to be dismissed at 2pm.

3) There are a couple of players from the Varsity Boys Volleyball and Varsity Girls Soccer teams who have not yet picked up their hoodies from Mr. Wilcox.  Please do so asap.

4) Members of the Varsity Boys, JV Boys and Varsity Girls Basketball teams are reminded to get their fees in to Mr. Wilcox this week.  Payment information is posted on the Athletics website.

5) Congrats to the Boys Hockey team as they defeated Auburn by a score of 10-2 last night.  Ethan MacVicar led the way with 3 goals, Justin Hardwicke-Brown and Bailey Conrad had 2 goals each and singles were added by Ryan Frizzle, Brady Whitman, and Callum Lenihan.

Guidance:
*Grade 12 students, are you interested in becoming a Schulich Leader? If you would like to be considered, please write a one-page essay explaining why you would be the best candidate for this nomination using the criteria outlined.   Details have been posted on the Google classroom.  Essays must be submitted to the guidance department by 4:00 pm (AST) on Friday January 7th, 2022.  Late submissions will not be accepted.

Other:
*Charity club is running a food drive for Christmas families once again this year. The drive will run from December 1st to December 16th. Please bring Items to your A block class. There will be a point system in place for different items and the class with the most points will win a ice cream party. Hygiene items are highly encouraged and cash is accepted as well.

* The gaming club is meeting today in room A103 at lunch. All are welcome.
