Athletics:
1) The Varsity Girls Volleyball team took home a Silver medal from this past weekend's SSNS Volleyball Championships at CEC.  Congratulations on an amazing season!

2) Congrats to the Varsity Boys Volleyball team as they competed at the SSNS Volleyball Championships for the first time in school history this past weekend.  The boys finished the first round in a 3-way tie for first, however, they unfortunately didn't move on due to a tie break.  Congrats on a great season!

3) There are a couple of players from the Varsity Boys Volleyball and Varsity Girls Soccer teams who have not yet picked up their hoodies from Mr. Wilcox.  Please do so asap.

4) Members of the Varsity Boys, JV Boys and Varsity Girls Basketball teams are reminded to get their fees in to Mr. Wilcox this week.  Payment information is posted on the Athletics website.

Guidance:
*Grade 12 students, are you interested in becoming a Schulich Leader? If you would like to be considered, please write a one-page essay explaining why you would be the best candidate for this nomination using the criteria outlined.   Details have been posted on the Google classroom.  Essays must be submitted to the guidance department by 4:00 pm (AST) on Friday January 7th, 2022.  Late submissions will not be accepted.

Other:
*Charity club is running a food drive for Christmas families once again this year. The drive will run until December 16th. Please bring items to your A block class. There will be a point system in place for different items and the class with the most points will win an ice cream party. Hygiene items are highly encouraged and cash is accepted as well.

*A reminder that there will be a meeting for Mr. MacLean's second semester co-op students in room D105 today at the beginning of lunch.

*The GSA will meet today at lunch in C206.
