Athletics:
1) Congratulations to the Ringette team for winning their exhibition game against Halifax West last night. Isabella Hatt and Jada Tilford led the way with 2 goals each while Maddie Munroe and Kaitlyn Murray added singles. Good luck to the girls as they compete in the High School Ringette Showdown this weekend at the St. Margaret’s Bay arena.  The team fee of $215 is due and can be paid to Mr. Wilcox with cash or cheque or it can be paid online after lunch today.

2) Any boys who signed up to tryout for Slo-pitch are asked to meet with Mr. Wilcox in Room A102 at the beginning of lunch today.  We can’t submit a team if we don’t have enough players show interest at the meeting today.

3) Members of the Girls Slo-pitch team are reminded to see Mr. Wilcox today to confirm their availability for the tournament.

Guidance:
*Grade 12 students going to SMU in the fall can meet with an advisor on May 12 from 9:25-12:05 in the library.  Advisors will assist students with course selection. Students are encouraged to bring their own device where possible.

*All grade 12 students are encouraged to complete the Lockview High School Graduation Awards Application Form 2022.  It is available in the Google Class of 2022 until May 13, 2022, at 4pm.

*Congratulations to the band students on a fantastic concert last night. Thanks for your hard work to prepare!

*Today is your last chance to apply to be the Class of 2022 Valedictorian.  Those interested please get your form into Mr. Stacey by the end of the day!
