Athletics:

1) The 2nd tryout for the Varsity Boys Soccer team scheduled for Sunday is going to be changed.  A new time/day will be posted once it is confirmed.

2) Final tryouts for the Varsity Girls Soccer team will be held Sunday at 10:00 am at the East Hants Dome.

3) Tryouts for the Varsity Girls Volleyball team will be continued today from 6-8 pm in the gym.  Tryouts for the JV Girls Volleyball team will be scheduled after the Varsity team is selected.

4) Tryouts for the Varsity Boys Volleyball team will be held today and Friday this week at 4pm in the gym.

5) Good luck to the Football team as they open their season against PA tonight.  Game time is 7pm at Mainland Common.  There are no spectators permitted at this game. 

6) Any students interested in trying out for the Cross- Country team are asked to complete the Google form that can be found on the Athletics website or the school app.  Deadline to sign up is Friday.

7) Any students interested in trying out for the Golf team are asked to complete the Google form that can be found on the Athletics website or the school app.  Deadline to sign up is Friday.

8) Tryout dates/times will be posted for the Baseball team once confirmed. 

9) The call back list for the 2nd tryout for the Varsity Girls Volleyball team is now posted on the Athletics website and the school app.

10) Any students interested in trying out for any teams are reminded to check the Athletics website daily and download the school app to your phone as Athletics announcements are posted daily on both these platforms.

Other:
*The Debate club will be meeting in Mr. Stacey’s room, B203 on Friday at lunch.  All are welcome.

*Please return any previous year’s text books to Mr. Stacey in room B203. Any person dropping off an old text book will have their name entered to win a lunch from Subway valued at $10.

*School pictures will be taken on September 20, 2021.
