1) Congrats to the Varsity Girls Volleyball team as they won the Capital Region Banner on Friday night with a 3-1 win over Halifax West.  Players of the game were Leah Weatherhead, Camryn Giddens, and Sophie Hunt.  The girls will now host Provincials on Dec. 2nd/3rd.

2) Congrats to the Varsity Boys Volleyball team as they finished 2nd at the Capital Region Tournament and qualified for Provincials.

3) Good luck to the JV Girls Basketball team as they play at Sacred Heart tonight at 6 pm.

4) Congrats to the Boys Hockey team as they defeated Sommet-Mosaique by a score of 7-0 on Saturday night.  Michael Penney earned the shutout.

5) Intramurals today will be Ball Hockey.
