Athletics:
1) Congratulations to the Track & Field team on a very successful showing at the Provincial Track Meet in Stellarton this past weekend.  Abby Lewis led the way winning gold in the Intermediate Girls 800 m, 1500 m, and 3000 m races while posting new Provincial records in all 3 races.  Fiona Day won gold in the Intermediate Girls 100 m and 200 m races.  Mya Archibald won gold in the Senior Girls 400 m and Long Jump and silver in the Senior Girls 200 m.  Julia Konigshofer won the Senior Girls Javelin.  Kaitlyn Langille captured bronze in the Intermediate Girls 400 m and Cate Gaudry won silver in Intermediate Girls long jump.  Our Intermediate Girls 4x100 m relay team made up of Madden O'Grady, Ella Cozens, Fiona Day, and Kaitlyn Langille also captured bronze. 

2) The list of Athletics Awards winners is posted on the Lockview Athletics site as well as the School App.  The Athletics Awards ceremony will be held Thursday evening at 7 pm in the cafetorium.  All student-athletes are encouraged to attend. 

3) Any students who have a Lockview uniform at home are asked to return it to Mr. Wilcox by the end of this week.

Guidance:
*A reminder to graduating students that if you have won a scholarship or bursary that you would like announced at the graduation ceremony, please email a copy of your notification to Mrs. Ellsworth at: tellsworth@hrce.ca.

*Graduating students are reminded to stop into guidance to check the spelling of your name to ensure it is correct on your diploma.

Other:
*Any students who have artwork displayed in the main office can stop by to pick it up.

*Any students who have overdue school library books at home please be sure to return them to Mrs. Powell.
