Athletics:
1) Good luck to the Golf team as they compete at the Metro Championships today at Grandview. 
2) Good luck to the Varsity Girls Soccer team as they take on the West today at 4pm at Harbour East.  The girls are to be dismissed at 2:45pm.
3) Good luck to the JV Girls Soccer team as they take on Grammar today at 4:30pm at Ravenscraig field in Spryfield.  The girls are to be dismissed at 3pm.
4) Good luck to the Boys Volleyball team as they host CPA tonight at 6pm to open their season.
5) Congrats to the Baseball team on opening with 2 wins in the Metro Championships.  The boys defeated Dartmouth and Sackville on Friday.

Band:
Band announcements - Senior band starts tomorrow after school and ends at 4:45.  Any grade 9's and 10's wishing to audition for senior band should play for Mrs. Burtt today at lunch.

Jazz band and all other ensembles start next week.  Sign-up sheets are in the music room.  Second semester grade 9's are invited to participate in any ensembles first term.

Other:
There will be a friend zone pizza and movie party tonight from 6 to 8 pm at the Acadia centre, 636 Sackville Drive in Sackville. All students aged 15-19 that have an experience of mental illness are welcome to attend.

All students who signed up for the art committee please go to the council lounge at the start of lunch.

There will be a Unified Sports Meeting in A102 tomorrow at lunch.
