Athletics:
1) Good luck to the members of the Track and Field team who qualified for the NSSAF Track Meet that begins today at Acadia.

2) Good luck to the Girls Rugby team as they compete in the NSSAF Championships at Avon View today and tomorrow.  The girls take on SJA in their first game followed by a match against Avon View in their 2nd.

3) Members of the Field Hockey team and Girls Slo-pitch team are asked to return their jerseys to Mr. Wilcox ASAP.

4) The Athletics Awards Night will be held next Wednesday at 7 pm in the Cafetorium.  A list of Award winners will be posted by Monday.  All teams are encouraged to attend.

Band:
*Congratulations to all of the Lockview Band Students on their awesome concert last night.  Your performances were excellent and you make us proud!

*Congratulations and good luck to the Lockview Saxophone ensemble who were selected to perform at the Provincial Music Festival at Acadia University.

*Thank you to the grade 10 band students for your fantastic clean up this morning.  Your hard work is very appreciated.

*A reminder to graduates that Grad fees are $65, and can be paid to Mrs. Daigle in student services by cheque or cash.

*There will be a meeting for new council members in Mr. Goora’s room today at lunch.
