Athletics:
1) Good luck to the Girls Rugby team as they play an exhibition game against Halifax West at Mainland today at 4:45 pm.  The girls are to be dismissed at 3:20 pm.

2) Good luck to the Varsity Girls Basketball team as they host a first- round playoff game against SJA tonight at 6 pm. 

3) A list of players invited to attend the Badminton practices next week is posted on the Athletics website and the School App.  The next practices are scheduled for Tuesday April 13th from 8-10 pm and Thursday April 15th form 6-8 pm.

4) Information regarding the Girls and Boys Lacrosse tryouts will be confirmed in Wednesday's announcements.

Other:
*If you have sweaters or hoodies that you are no longer using, please donate them to the Lockview Sweater drive. Bring sweaters in to your C block class to spread the warmth to someone in need.

*Guidance counsellors have now completed meeting with all students to discuss course selection for next year.  If you did not get an opportunity to speak with your counsellor you should make an appointment in Student Services.  Students are able to request seven courses in grade 11 and six courses in grade 12.  If you would like to take an additional course, you may request this online via the Google form which is available on the LHS website. A link has also been posted in the Student Services Google classroom. We still have a large number of grade 10 and 11 students who have not signed on to the Google classroom.  You are missing out on valuable announcements and opportunities.  If you require support joining the Google classroom, please drop by Student Services or email tellsworth@hrce.ca
