Athletics:
1) The Girls Hockey team will hold the final tryout of Phase 2 today at 5 pm at Bedford BMO.

2) Good luck to the Football team as they play at Bay View on Sunday afternoon at 1 pm.

3) Tryouts for the Varsity Girls Basketball team will begin on Friday, Oct. 15th at 4:00 pm.  Any students who are interested in trying out need to complete the Google Sign Up form that will be posted on the Athletics website and the School App, as well as, show their proof of vaccination to Mr. Wilcox no later than Thursday, Oct. 14th.  Students who are already on another team do not need to show it again. 

4) Tryouts for the Varsity Boys Basketball team will begin on Tuesday, Oct. 19th at 8:00 pm.  Any students who are interested in trying out need to complete the Google Sign Up form that will be posted on the Athletics website and the School App, as well as, show their proof of vaccination to Mr. Wilcox no later than Monday, Oct. 18th.  Students who are already on another team do not need to show it again.

5) Congrats to the Cross- Country team on another strong showing in the final Metro Series Meet.  In Intermediate Girls, Abby Lewis and Paige Carruthers led the way with 1st and 3rd place finishes.  Ella Cozens, Madden O'Grady and Jenna Haverstock also made the top 10.  After the three Metro Series Races, the Intermediate Girls finished 1st overall.  In Senior Girls, Monica Johnston won her race, while Mya Archibald finished in 2nd.  The Senior Girls and Intermediate Boys finished the series 4th overall while the Senior Boys finished 5th.  Good luck to all runners at next week's Regional Championships.

6) Congrats to the JV Girls Soccer team on their 5-2 win over Eastern Shore yesterday.  Liv Cox led the way with a pair of goals while Lily Soucy, Chantelle Lunn, and Laila Campbell added singles.

7) Congrats to the Varsity Girls Volleyball team as they defeated Citadel in straight sets yesterday.  Leah Weatherhead was named player of the game.
